About PayCash
The PayCash system was originally developed by Alkorsoft in St. Petersburg, Russia. The principal architect if the system is Ildar Khamitov, PhD. Dr. Khamitov heads our core product development group in St. Petersburg as Vice President of Software Engineering. Dr. Khamitov has over fifteen years of high-tech experience and was the leading physicist of the world in 1992. He is a world authority on encryption technology and lectures often about mathematical algorithms.
The core of the PayCash System is a blind, unanticipated RSA signature scheme. The technology is explained in this technical paper by Ildar M. Khamitov of Alkorsoft & Tavrichesky Bank, Andrey G. Moshonkin of Alkorsoft, and Alexander L. Smirnov of Alkorsoft & the Steklov Mathematical Institute. The overall PayCash Payment System is examined in the PayCash whitepaper and this paper by Dr. Khamitov. The technology used in the PayCash System is also protected by patents.
The PayCash System has been reviewed by Chris Hall and Bruce Schneier of Counterpane Systems. An independent expert, Bruce Schneier is one of the most recognized world authorities in cryptography, the author of cryptography algorithms Twofish, Blowfish, and Solitaire, and author of a number of books on applied cryptography. A summary of the review is available here in PDF format.
