
PayCash Add Funds - Western Union
PayCash reserves the right to limit ability to add funds to the account holder of record.
You can walk in to any Western Union location (find a Western Union Agent near you), or you can send payment directly from the Western Union website.

Use Cyphermint, Inc. as the recipient of the funds. If Western Union requests a customer code for Cyphermint, please be aware that Cyphermint does not have a customer code in the Western Union system. Simply fill out the request as you would for any other recipient.
Once you have requested the transfer, you must notify us so that we can accept the funds and credit your account. Western Union does not notify us for you. Please call or email Consumer Support to notify us.
When notifying us, please include your first and last name, as it appears on the Western Union form, your telephone number (including area code), the City, State, and Country the money is being sent from, the date and time of the transfer, and your PayCash account number. It is vital that you include your PayCash account number, which you can obtain from your Wallet, so that we can quickly credit the correct account upon receipt of the funds. You must also include the Money Transfer Control Number.
Optionally you can also include any test question and answer that may have been included with the transfer. This information may help us quickly obtain the funds from Western Union and may help avoid any delay in processing your transfer.
The funds should appear in your Wallet within one business day.
